I'm pretty sure SunOS 4.1.2 (and 4.1.1) have RFS, and their native FS is
the Berkeley FFS, aka ufs. I cannot comment on how well the SunOS RFS
works, however.

A lot of Sun customers feel that they are being "stuck" with Solaris 2.x
and would be quite happy to stick with 4.1.x indefinitely if it would
continue to be supported on the new models. Rumor has it that, if
you're used to administering SunOS 4.x, Solaris 2.x is a b****.
