CPKC is what used to be KC Southern. They were perpetually looking for a linux admin, to the extent that it looked like they couldn't keep them. They do have some interesting projects like train control systems. -- Jonathan

Please let me know if you know anyone who might be interested in this opening. 100% On site Kansas City MO Job Title: Senior Linux Administrator Job Description: As a Senior Linux Administrator (internally called Specialist, IS Infra Platforms Linux) responsible for Linux operational support, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades and expansion, on-call rotation. In addition, they will provide support to provisioning/operational staff, as well as work closely with the architecture group in design support and validation of new designs and installations. Sorry about that. I upgraded to the latest Debian and forgot that mailman2 was removed and replaced with mailman3. The docs for mailman3 are fairly confusing and it took me until tonight to fix. Please let me know if you find any issues. Chris

East Side Meeting

Hi All, I was thinking we could have a meeting on the East side, since there were several people interested in meeting there. Would the 3rd Tuesday (April 16th) work, or would Wednesday the 17th be better? Which Library over there would be best? Also, would someone be willing to signup for a room at that library? Chris
